Artículo1 - Acuerdo de términos de uso

El navegar, interactuar o utilizar nuestros sitios web (incluye pulsoquantum.com, pulsoquantum.teachable.com y los subdominios de cada programa y las plataformas de los programas. (Se accede a la plataforma digital, en donde se encuentra el contenido al inscribirte en alguno de nuestros programas). Estos sitios web y la plataforma dentro de teachable.com los denominaremos en lo sucesivo sitios web PQ).

Al utilizar los sitios web PQ, ya sea como usuario inscrito o no, significa que estás de acuerdo con este acuerdo de T&C y con nuestra Política de privacidad y uso de cookies, sin reserva ni objeción.

Los siguientes términos y condiciones T&C, aplican sobre la relación entre tú, como cliente o usuario y ©Pulso Quantum, al utilizar los sitios web PQ, el Programa Ámbar, cualquier otro programa PQ y sus redes sociales oficiales, (lo que en lo sucesivo llamaremos Servicios PQ.)

©Pulso Quantum tiene el derecho de modificar, ampliar o adaptar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento sin notificación previa. Estos cambios aplican inmediatamente al ser publicados en nuestro sitio web, o enviados a ti por email.

Por favor, lee este acuerdo de Términos & Condiciones (T&C) cuidadosamente antes de utilizar, navegar, interactuar o accesar a los servicios PQ.

Al aceptar nuestros T&C estás garantizándonos que eres mayor de edad en tu país de residencia. Si eres menor de edad nos estás garantizando que tienes permiso y consentimiento de tus padres o tutores legales como representantes para utilizar los servicios PQ. Si no tienes este permiso y eres menor de edad no utilices los servicios PQ.

No puedes utilizar los servicios PQ, para ninguna actividad ilegal o propósitos no autorizados.

No puedes intentar hackear, alterar ninguna función de los servicios PQ, enviar virus o ajustes, o intentar cualquier otra clase de ataque contra los servicios PQ. Tampoco puedes atentar contra la integridad de los servicios PQ.

Artículo 2 - Contenidos y Propiedad intelectual

El contenido de los servicios PQ puede ser accesible de forma gratuita o pagada al inscribirte en los programas ©Pulso Quantum. Todos los materiales de los programas son privados y exclusivos para el uso personal del usuario inscrito.

Para acceder al un programa, hay que llevar a cabo el proceso de registro haciendo click en el botón inscripción en el programa seleccionado, introducir algunos datos personales importantes como nombre y/o apodo, email y contraseña, elegir una forma de pago y proceder al abono del importe.

Tienes acceso a la plataforma del programa de los programas durante un año. En este lapso tienes tiempo suficiente para hacer tu práctica quantum de 28 días seguidos con las sesiones PQ y 8PQ Ámbar, y las sesiones de audio PQ, 8PQ Meta Pulse y PQ Detox, que incluye el programa. Aprovechar puntualmente la membresía y proteger las sesiones es responsabilidad del usuario. Si requieres más tiempo puedes renovar tu inscripción después de un año. Esta inscripción es un solo pago anual, para renovar lo tendrías que hacer manualmente.

Está prohibido compartir y/o publicar las sesiones de audio con terceros por cualquier medio.

Cuando eres un usuario inscrito, para accesar a la plataforma de tu programa, tienes que poner tu email y contraseña en el sitio web pulsoquantum.teachable.com. Si olvidas tu contraseña, puedes dar click en forgot password u olvidé mi contraseña, se te enviará un correo electrónico, para que pongas una contraseña nueva y puedas accesar nuevamente.

El contenido del programa ©Pulso quantum, está destinado al uso personal, no al uso comercial. Todos los materiales accesibles de nuestros servicios están protegidos por derechos de la propiedad intelectual.

En adición, algunos de nuestros materiales (contenidos) están protegidos por otros derechos como marcas, patentes y derechos de propiedad.

Los usuarios no tienen permitido reproducir total o parcialmente ningún el contenido del programa ©Pulso Quantum Ámbar o de cualquier otro programa ©Pulso Quantum. En algunos casos, con el consentimiento de tu consciencia, puedes utilizar la información escrita de los contenidos poniendo la ficha bibliográfica: Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, Pulso quantum Ámbar ó el nombre del programa, eBook y/o manual y el sitio pulsoquantum.com

El usuario tampoco puede reproducir o utilizar nuestro logo, nombre, identidad visual, ni slogan, tampoco puede copiar para ningún propósito.

El usuario tampoco puede reproducir o hacer copias de ninguno de nuestros contenidos de audio o escritos. El usuario no puede plagiar el contenido de los programas ni tampoco utilizarlo con fines comerciales.

Esta prohibido compartir y/o publicar el material de los programas (manuales y sesiones de audio) por cualquier medio digital, incluyendo redes sociales o cualquier otro medio digital o impreso.

El usuario no puede modificar, copiar, pegar, traducir, vender, explotar o transmitir gratuitamente o cobrando el contenido de los programas, (imágenes, manuales, música, sesiones de audio ni ningún otro material de los programas ©Pulso Quantum y los servicios PQ).

No está permitido compartir el contenido con terceros, ni publicarlo, y mucho menos utilizarlos para cualquier actividad comercial y/o ilegal.

Todo el contenido de los programas está accesible a través de la plataforma Teachable, una vez efectuado el pago, hay un enlace para acceder a la plataforma del programa inmediatamente.

Todo el material de ©Pulso Quantum, tanto escrito, la información de los videos (excepto las imágenes de los videos), las sesiones de audio y la música, está registrado en derechos de autor con número de Identificador de Certificado: 2403067257116-6DHMUU, con veracidad declarada con contenido real, por la autora Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, creación 100% humana sin uso de IA. (Las traducciones han sido apoyadas por la IA).

Artículo 3 - Tarifas, programas, cancelaciones, garantías y reembolsos

Programas inmersivos contenido 100% digital

@Pulso Quantum ofrece programas inmersivos cuyo contenido es 100% digital. El contenido está accesible por un año para los programas ©Pulso Quantum, a partir de la fecha de inscripción, a través de la plataforma teachable, https://pulsoquantum.teachable.com

Tarifa

La tarifa del Programa Ámbar es de 240€ como pago único, IVA incluido por programa. Actualmente el Programa Ámbar tiene un descuento temporal con la tarifa actual de acceso de 100€.

Ten en cuenta que el precio puede variar de acuerdo a tu país de residencia, los impuestos y cambios de moneda pueden presentar cambios variables según el día en que te matricules en un programa.

La membresía del Programa Ámbar dura un año, es decir, el acceso a la plataforma del programa es inmediato y efectivo durante un año, a partir de la fecha de compra.

©Pulso Quantum tiene el derecho de cambiar las tarifa de la inscripción en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.

Pasarela de pago

Los métodos de pago disponibles, al dar click en cualquier botón Inscripción a los programas, se muestran al cliente. Puedes hacer tu pago con: tarjeta de crédito o débito, Google Pay o ApplePay. La pasarela de pago seguro es a través de Stripe directamente de la plataforma Teachable. El proceso de compra es seguro y encriptado.

Al inscribirte al Programa Ámbar, la pasarela de pago hará un cargó único de 100€ dando acceso a la plataforma por un año, a partir de la fecha de compra.

Todos los detalles de tu banco, tarjetas de crédito o débito o de cualquier otro pago están encriptados, ©Pulso Quantum no tiene acceso a tu información bancaria y tampoco la almacena en ningún lado.

Stripe tiene su propia política de privacidad para los datos bancarios relacionados al pago, es una plataforma internacional segura.

GARANTÍA, CANCELACIONES Y REMBOLSOS

©Pulso Quantum ofrece una garantía de rembolso de todos los Programas Pulso Quantum del 100% del pago durante 30 días, a partir de la fecha de inscripción. Esta garantía te da la posibilidad de recuperar tu dinero en caso que tengas objeciones con los programas ©Pulso quantum. Ten en cuenta que la garantía y el acceso a la plataforma comienzan a partir de la fecha de compra. Pasando los 30 días no hay reembolsos. Si solicitas tu rembolso concluye inmediatamente tu acceso a la plataforma del programa ©Pulso Quantum que estés inscrito.

Artículo 4 - Proceso de registro y responsabilidad del usuario

Al comprar un programa o suscribirte en nuestra lista de emails (tanto para recibir nuestro boletín, noticias, cupones...) requieres registrarte con algunos de sus datos personales para mantener una comunicación directa contigo, como nombre o apodo, email o número móvil para WhatsApp. Puedes revisar nuestra política de privacidad.

Por ningún otro medio, ya sea digital o telefónico te solicitaremos información personal como dirección, etc. y tampoco información bancaria. Tus datos bancarios solo se solicitan para hacer la compra directamente en nuestro sitio web oficial.

Responsabilidad del usuario

El usuario acepta proteger el contenido digital de los programas ©Pulso Quantum, seguro en todo momento y que no lo compartirá con otras personas.

©Pulso Quantum no se hace responsable por uso no autorizado, modificación o acceso a la cuenta de correo o dispositivos del cliente, incluso de manera fraudulenta al utilizar su cuenta y/o sus detalles bancarios.

©Pulso Quantum tiene el derecho de iniciar un juicio, en el caso que el inscrito comparta sus credenciales o contenidos digitales con otras personas, o publique los contenidos digitales en redes sociales o en cualquier otro medio, que revenda el contenido o haga uso comercial y/o ilegal de los contenidos del programa ©Pulso Quantum Ámbar, cualquier otro programa ©Pulso Quantum, el ©Método Pulso Quantum, Portal PQ nuestro logotipo y/o slogan, nuestro slogan es: que tu vida sea un paraíso.

Registro

La autenticación puede darse por terceras compañías, como GooglePay, ApplePay u otra, que no tienen vínculo con ©Pulso Quantum, y por ello deberás revisar sus políticas de privacidad y otros documentos legales que regulan sus servicios. Al utilizar estos mecanismos de autentificación por terceros, estás permitiendo a otras aplicaciones o plataformas de terceros a acceder a cierta información de tu información personal, la relación entre dichos terceros y tú, ©Pulso Quantum no tiene ningún control sobre el uso de terceras compañías de autentificación.

Artículo 5 - Aclaración importante referente al uso de los programas ©Pulso Quantum

El usuario no puede subir, postear o transferir o publicar los contenidos privados de los programas, ni puede hacer públicas sus sesiones ©Pulso Quantum grabadas en audio.

El usuario no puede publicar, distribuir o postear contenido abusivo, falso, obsceno, pornográfico o ilegal.

A demás, no puede utilizar de forma impersonal una identidad falsa o de alguien más para usar, accesar o publicar contenidos en nuestros medios, página web o redes sociales.

No puede utilizar nuestros servicios para transmitir ningún tipo de malware, virus, cripto candados, ransomware o espionaje.

Los usuarios no podrán amenazar o abusar verbalmente de otros usuarios. Los usuarios deberán utilizar el lenguaje de manera respetuosa, no podrán intentar abusar o discriminar en base a raza, religión, nacionalidad, género, preferencia sexual, edad, discapacidad y/o vulnerabilidad. El lenguaje violento está prohibido.

©Pulso Quantum tiene el derecho de borrar, modificar, censurar o eliminar el contenido del cliente o la cuenta de quienes han violado las reglas anteriormente establecidas. Esto puede hacerse sin ninguna notificación o justificación y en cualquier momento. El cliente no recibirá ninguna compensación.

Artículo 7 - Responsabilidades

©Pulso Quantum no es responsable por problemas con la red de Internet, auriculares, altavoces, virus, accesos externos, fraudes por las formas de pago y cualquier otro tipo de problema técnico o acceso fraudulento.

NADIE PUEDE UTILIZAR LOS TÉRMINOS: Pulso Quantum, Método Pulso Quantum, Portal PQ PARA HACER SESIONES, TERAPIAS O AFÍN, Y CON NINGÚN PROPÓSITO COMERCIAL Y/O ILEGAL.

EL USUARIO NO PUEDE PUBLICAR EN NINGÚN MEDIO LOS CONTENIDOS DE LOS PROGRAMAS INMERSIVOS ©Pulso Quantum

Artículo 8 - Descarga de responsabilidades

Al utilizar los Servicios PQ, declaras que lo haces bajo tu propia la responsabilidad. Tus decisiones y tu superación personal es tu propia responsabilidad. El desarrollo personal busca hacernos amplificar nuestra calidad de vida, pero las decisiones y acciones que tú haces al respecto son tu responsabilidad. Utilizas nuestros contenidos bajo tu propia conciencia.

Los programas ©Pulso Quantum tienen un sistema de fases y metas que se deben seguir continuamente por orden y con constancia. Si el usuario no lo lleva a cabo, es su propia responsabilidad el no obtener resultados.

©Pulso Quantum se reserva el derecho de modificar o borrar contenido en cualquier momento que lo considere pertinente, sin notificación previa. ©Pulso Quantum puede actualizar el contenido privado, pero no está obligado por ningún motivo a hacerlo.

©Pulso Quantum no garantiza que el usuario pueda interpretar erróneamente el contenido, o que el contenido aplique a cualquier situación. El contenido puede tener alguna interrupción por algún motivo ajeno a nosotros. El cliente acuerda que el contenido puede cambiarse o removerse de vez en cuando. Los clientes tienen un correo, [email protected] para hacer preguntas, objeciones, compartir experiencias y solicitar apoyo en cualquier momento durante el año de duración de su membresía.

Artículo 11 - Acuerdo del usuario inscrito

El usuario inscrito acuerda proteger las sesiones PQ que guarda en sus dispositivos siempre.
El usuario inscrito acuerda respetar el Portal.
El usuario acuerda que no compartirá con nadie las sesiones de audio, por ningún medio.
El usuario inscrito que solicite la garantía de rembolso acuerda borrar y eliminar cualquier copia de las sesiones PQ que haya descargado previamente, y por ningún motivo hacer uso de las sesiones una vez que se haya devuelto la tarifa. Por favor, considera que el valor de los programas es absolutamente inconmensurable, el cargo para acceder a él es meramente simbólico, con respecto a lo que recibes, el mantener el balance entre el dar y recibir es es importante para tu bienestar.

Article 1 - Terms of Use Agreement

By accessing, engaging with, or utilising our websites (including pulsoquantum.com, pulsoquantum.teachable.com, and the respective program web pages subdomains, as well as each program's teachable platform during the purchase of any of our programs, collectively referred to as the PQ Websites), you consent to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document and our Privacy and Cookie Policy without reservation or objection.

The following terms and conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between you, as a customer or user, and ©Pulso Quantum when utilising the PQ websites, the programs' platforms, and its official social media platforms (hereinafter referred to as PQ Services).

©Pulso Quantum retains the right to modify, expand, or adapt these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or upon being sent to you via email.

Please review this Terms & Conditions (T&C) agreement thoroughly prior to utilising, browsing, engaging with, or accessing PQ services.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you affirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. If you are a minor, you confirm that you possess the permission and consent of your parents or legal guardians, acting as your representatives, to utilise the PQ services. If you lack this permission and are a minor, please refrain from using the PQ services.

The PQ services must not be utilised for any illegal activities or unauthorised purposes.

You are prohibited from attempting to hack, modify any functionality of the PQ services, disseminate viruses or alterations, or engage in any other form of attack against the PQ services. Additionally, you must not undermine the integrity of the PQ services.

Article 2 - Content and Intellectual Property

PQ services content may be available at no cost (eBook) or for a fee through enrolment in the ©Pulso Quantum Ámbar Program, or any other ©Pulso Quantum Program. All programs' materials are intended solely for personal use of the enrolled participant.

To access our Programs, select your program and language, notice that programs might be in English or Spanish. Then, you must complete the registration process by clicking the "Enrol" button associated with the selected program. Provide essential personal information, including your name and/or nickname, email address, and password. Select a payment method and proceed with the transaction.

Ámbar Program includes Ámbar Pulse sessions and Meta Pulse sessions to align your belief system with your personal goals. For this program you will have access to the platform for one year. During this time, you have ample opportunity to follow up your quantum practice with the PQ & 8PQ Ámbar Pulse sessions. During this period you have enough time to follow up your 28 days PQ & 8PQ Meta Pulse audio sessions, and PQ Detox. for many goals. It is the user's responsibility to practice their sessions promptly. Otherwise everyone has the opportunity to enrol again for another year. You can stream all sessions included 24/7 with internet access from the Program´s platform during one year.

After registration you will get immediate access to any of our Programs, registration day is day one of your one year access duration.

As a registered user, to access your program's platform, you must input your email address and password on the website pulsoquantum.teachable.com. If you forget your password, you may click on "forgot password" or "I forgot my password." An email will be sent to you to create a new password and log in again.

The content of ©Pulso Quantum programs is designated for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share it with third parties. All materials available through our services are safeguarded by intellectual property rights.

Additionally, certain materials (content) are safeguarded by various rights, including trademarks, patents, and property rights.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, in whole or in part, any content from the programs ©Pulso Quantum. In certain instances, with your consent, you may utilise information from the content by including the bibliographical reference: Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, Pulso Quantum and/or the title of the ebook, manual and/or program, along with the website pulsoquantum.teachable.com.

The user is prohibited from reproducing or utilising our logo, name, visual identity, or slogan, and may not replicate them for any purpose.

The user is prohibited from reproducing or duplicating any of our audio or written content. The user may not engage in plagiarism of the program content or utilise it for commercial purposes.

The sharing and/or publication of program materials (manuals and audio sessions) via any digital platforms, including social media or any other digital or print media, is strictly prohibited.

The user is prohibited from modifying, copying, pasting, translating, selling, exploiting, or transmitting, whether for free or for a fee, the content of the programs (including images, manuals, audio sessions, or any other material from our programs ©Pulso Quantum and the PQ services).

Sharing or disseminating the content with third parties is strictly prohibited, and it must not be utilised for any commercial or unlawful activities.

All program content is available via the Teachable platform. Upon completion of payment, a link will grant immediate access to the program platform.

All content on ©Pulso Quantum, encompassing written materials, video information (excluding images), audio sessions, and music, is protected by copyright under Certificate Identifier number 2403067257116-6DHMUU. The authenticity is affirmed by the author, Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, and all materials have been entirely created by humans without the assistance of AI. (Only translations have been facilitated by AI.)

Article 3 - Fees, programs, cancellations, assurances, and reimbursements

Immersive programs featuring entirely digital content

@Pulso Quantum provides immersive programs featuring entirely digital content. This content is available by enrolling via the Teachable platform at https://pulsoquantum.teachable.com.

The fee is fixed in euros. Pulso Quantum is settled in Spain. Please notice that price may fluctuate in your currency depending on each day's currencies values.

Ambar Program's fee is 180€, temporarily we offer a limited time discount, so you will be charged a one time payment of 100€ VAT included. Notice that depending on your country, the system might charge additional fees.

Payment processing platform

The available payment methods are presented to the customer upon clicking any of the Program Enrolment buttons. Payments may be made using credit or debit cards, Google Pay, ApplePay. The secure payment gateway operates through Stripe directly on the Teachable platform. The purchasing process is both secure and encrypted.

The payment getaway will only charge a one-time 100€ payment for Ámbar Program, granting you access to the platform for one year from the date of purchase.

All your banking, credit, debit card, and other payment information is encrypted, and we do not have access to, or store your financial details in any location.

Stripe maintains a distinct privacy policy for bank details associated with payments; it is a secure global platform.

WARRANTY, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

A 100% money-back guarantee is offered for 30 days for any ©Pulso Quantum Programs. This assurance allows you to reclaim your funds should you have any concerns regarding the ©Pulso Quantum Ámbar program. Please be aware that the guarantee and access to the platform commence from the date of purchase and last for 30 days. After this 30 days period, no refunds will be issued, and your access to the program platform will conclude.

In other words each program includes a 100% money back guarantee for the first 30 days, no questions asked.

Article 4 - Registration Process and User Responsibility

When you acquire the Ámbar Program or subscribe to our email list (to receive our newsletter, updates, coupons, eBook, etc.), you are required to provide certain personal information to facilitate direct communication with you, including your name or nickname, email address, or mobile number for WhatsApp. You may read our Privacy Policy statement.

We will never request personal information, such as your address or banking details, through any means, whether digital or by phone. Your banking information is only required when making a purchase directly on our official website or signing in to our email list.

User accountability

The user agrees to safeguard the digital content of the ©Pulso Quantum programs, ensuring its security at all times, and will refrain from sharing it with others.

©Pulso Quantum disclaims any responsibility for unauthorised use, modification, or access to the customer's email account or devices, including fraudulent activities involving the customer's account and/or banking information.

©Pulso Quantum reserves the right to initiate legal action if the registrant shares their credentials or digital content with others, publishes the digital content on social networks or any other media, resells the content, or engages in commercial and/or illegal use of the contents of the ©Pulso Quantum Ámbar program, ©Método Pulso Quantum, Portal PQ our logo, and/or slogan. Our slogan is: "May your life become a paradise."

In case you encounter any challenges with registration, experience technical difficulties, or have any inquiries or concerns, or suspect that your credentials have been compromised by a third party, please contact [email protected].

Record

Authentication may be facilitated by third-party entities, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay or others, which are not affiliated with ©Pulso Quantum. Consequently, it is advisable to examine their privacy policies and other legal documents governing their services. By utilising these third-party authentication methods, you permit other applications or platforms to access specific information regarding your personal data. ©Pulso Quantum holds no authority over the interactions between you and these third-party authentication providers.

The user is prohibited from publishing, distributing, or posting content that is abusive, false, obscene, pornographic, or illegal.

Furthermore, you are prohibited from impersonating another individual or utilising a false identity to use, access, or disseminate content on our media, website, or social media platforms.

You are prohibited from utilising our services to transmit any form of malware, viruses, cryptolocks, ransomware, or spyware.

Users are prohibited from threatening or verbally abusing others. Respectful language is required, and any attempts to abuse or discriminate based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any form of violent language are not permitted. Violent language is strictly forbidden.

©Pulso Quantum retains the right to delete, modify, censor, or remove customer content or the accounts of individuals who have breached the aforementioned rules. This action may be taken without prior notice or justification and at any time. The customer shall not receive any compensation.

THE USER IS PROHIBITED FROM PUBLISHING THE CONTENTS OF OUR PULSO QUANTUM PROGRAMS IN ANY MEDIA.

Article 8 - Disclaimer of Liability

By utilising our PQ services, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Your choices and personal development are solely your responsibility. While personal development aims to improve our quality of life, the decisions and actions you undertake in this context remain your own responsibility. You engage with our content at your own risk.

The ©Pulso Quantum Programs incorporate a structured system of phases and objectives that must be adhered to consistently. Should the user fail to comply, they bear sole responsibility for any lack of results.
